I have three days off in a row so I am going to take advantage of that and take some outfit of the day pictures! Today was actually sunny and high 40s so I could handle being outside for a little bit. It has been rainy, foggy and cold the past few weeks, which makes it hard to do any kind of outfit post. I found this jacket at Macy's right after Christmas. When I tried it on, I loved it instantly. I never have worn a leather jacket before! I am not keen on the whole leather look either so I liked that it just has leather on the front and knit everywhere else. Great fabric combination! I love these boots as well. They are quite comfy despite the heel size. I have only bought one other pair of shoes from JcPenny and I have become to like their shoe selection more these past few months. They actually have decent stuff! Must check it out, plus they always have some kind of sale going on.
The color on my lips is actually more of a deep burgundy color than it is shown here, a rich berry color. It is in the color Euphoria. It is from the new Cover Girl Lip Perfection Lipstick line which I quite like since I am not a big Cover Girl fan.
Will have to pick up some other colors!

My sister, April just opened her own online boutique. After having three beautiful children she is pursuing her career dreams and I couldn't be more happy and proud of her! She started school online a year ago and will be graduating with her associates degree in graphic design this year and then going for her bachelor's degree later on. She has created these designs over the years and I must say she is quite talented. If I didn't know her I would say she is very talented and makes beautiful artwork! She also draws really well and I remember a few drawings from when I was younger and I thought they were extraordinary!

I remember when we were younger we hated each other but as we grew older we grew closer and both of us became such creative people! April is the artistic creative sister, and I am the fashion creative sister.

She is glowing in her early stages of pregnancy. I thought the rose was a beautiful touch and the color looked amazing on her.

Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie

The green dress looks amazing on her. The dress nips her in at the right place, and creates a sexy hourglass shape. I also love her hair.

Scarlett Johansson

Scarlett always pulls off the old Hollywood glamor look beautifully. This gown is gorgeous on her. The nude/pink color looks stunning against her pale skin tone.

Carrie Underwood

Carrie Underwood always looks glam at every celebrity event she attends.

Sarah Hyland

This is a elegant simple gown with a touch of embellishments at the bust. Makes the outfit look effortless!

Kaley Cuoco

Lovely gown. I love the ruffles cascading down the gown. This is something I could even see myself wear on my wedding day (in ivory of course).

Dianna Agron

Another gown that is simply elegant. The dress makes enough of a statement. I also love her hairstyle.

Catherine Zeta-Jones

This color looks amazing on her. She has similar features as me except she has more of a tan skin tone (she looks more pale here) and this color always compliments me as well. The ruffles are amazing and fall all in the right places.

Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman

I love this picture because they both look so happy! I love her simple ivory gown, it looks amazing with her red hair.

Olivia Wilde

You would expect that sparkle dress and sparkle shoes would be too much but I think that she did it right here. Her dress is elegant, classy, and gorgeous. The gold shoes further bring out the colors and sparkles of the dress.

And the ones I thought could do a little better....

They said that they loved this dress but I beg to differ. Something about this dress, I just don't like. Maybe its the flowers or the color of the dress. The color I think seems to drain her coloring out. It "matches" too much. Maybe if she wore a red lip or something it wouldn't be nude from head to toe.

Halle Berry

So, are we going to wear our lingerie to the golden globe awards now? I think this was a bit too revealing and a little too much. The golden globe awards are known for partying but couldn't she worn something a little bit more elegant? I think this was the worst!

Missed half of the beginning of the Red Carpet event but saw enough during the show to see who whore what. I was happy that the social network won 4 golden globe awards because I really enjoyed that movie. Jesse Eisenberg did a well job portraying Mark Zuckerberg. I was also happy that Toy Story 3 won best animated film because it was quite a cute movie. It even made me cry! (haha). I noticed Glee won a few awards as well. I have only seen the first episode but it was quite good so I might have to check out the rest. Are any of you glee fans?
The Pacific was also nominated for best miniseries or movie. I was a little upset that it didn't win because it is a beautiful yet depressing show. We are watching it right now and almost every one someone dies (well that happens with war, right?).

Reese Witherspoon's outfit looks effortless. This would look super cute on vacation or when spring comes around. What is nice about this dress is the color will look amazing on most skin tones. It will shine against tanned skin. Gold shoes are always glam, I feel that they go with any outfit.

I always love watches and usually wearing one everyday. I feel like I am probably the only one that actually wears the watch for function. Although, I do admit I do look at my cell phone for the time every know and then. I have been getting into head accessories since working at a hat store. I love how it can be your main accessory and you only need a necklace or bracelet to complete your look. Effortlessly easy!

How cute is that necklace? I think it is quite adorable! Right now ASOS is having some great sales on their jewelry. Must check it out! Love the ring on the right. I haven't ever purchased rings from Accessorize but I usually have to end up paying extra money on rings because of my metal allergies. Cheap rings just don't do it for me. I get a rash on my finger and the rings turn blue or green. I can wear them for about 2-3 hours before they start irritating my skin. So, I usually just buy them for photo shoots or special occasions.
Does anybody have the same problem?

Nicole Kidman for Harper's Bazaar February 2011

I am not a big fan of Nicole Kidman's style but she is absolutely stunning in these photos. She looks so naturally beautiful. Her red hair and and eyes just pop in every outfit she wears. The gowns are gorgeous and look beautiful on her. The scenery is just making me want it to be spring already. The green grass and flowers look so refreshing right now amidst the constant rain.
